Namig, our driver is excellent. He kept in contact with me from that time he left his company up to one hour before pick-up thru delivery. He is very professional, friendly, and prompt. He was on-time on delivery. He took care of our cars superbly and definitely will contact him again if I need to transport our vehicles out-of-state. Direct Auto Express was also very effective and efficient in resolving the minor scheduling problem regarding the order. Brittany was very quick in finding a solution to my concern.
