I purchased my vehicle on a Wednesday. The car was picked up by Direct Express Auto Transport on a Friday in Kansas. I received a phone call Monday around 10:30am stating that the car was approximately 1.5 hours away. The young lady then asked if I was ready to take delivery of my car and I organized the meeting. I had to change the address of the delivery because the car carrier would not fit in my neighborhood. I was able to contact the driver via his cell phone and the dispatcher also called in the new address. He entered it in his gps and was right on time. I recommend Direct Express Auto Transport because of the quality customer service, timely delivery and less then competitive price. I will definitely use them again.
