The people at Direct Transport were very helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I needed to send my car as quickly as possible, and Robin explained the shipping process honestly and clearly. I had no experience shipping cars, and the process was a little intimidating. But everyone at Direct Transport was very nice and patient. I was contacted by the shipper within a day, and two days after I contracted to ship through Direct Transport, my car was picked up.
