The assigned driver had some emergency repairs that needed to made to his truck which took 2 days. They kept me informed and the vehicle was picked up promptly after the repairs were made and quickly delivered to the Boston area. Keith and his company (Direct) were very good to deal with and I would use them again if I needed to ship another car.
