Ive been looking for a transport for a 67 camaro I bought in PA. To San Jose CA. I was overwhelmed by the amount of companies out there. I had one lined up said they had a driver in the area and could pick up next day. that became the next day, then the next day. Then they wanted me to get the car to Pittsburgh about 60 miles from where the car was purchased. The broker was all attitude,how the car was in a little town in the middle of nowhere. I had to remind him that he called me, and said he had a garanteed pick up and he had the address of that little town the whole time. Told him to forget the pick up and he still kept up whith the used car salesman attitude.
Don, from Direct Auto Transport was the complete opposite.Very proffesional.Straitforward, and honest.He asked me when I wanted it and what i was willing to pay. He said it would be picked up July 1 and delivered by the 6th. IT was. The driver was very good. He called me at pick up said depending on the weather should take 4 to 5 days. Called the morning of 4th day said he would be in San Jose at 5pm.Picked up the car at 5:20 was dirty, but thats what u get from an open transport.
