Horrible Service

I have never experienced the POOR customer service like I received from DAS in my life. I would NEVER consider EVER using this comapny again. I requested return calls NUMEROUS times & left messages and received no response. After leaving 4 messages for Bernie Torres to finally speak to him on the phone... and then to have him place me on hold & transfer my call to customer service without even saying anything is totally unprofessional. My son... a young US Army paratrooper returning from Iraq paid extra money to have the delivery date expedited. Bernie said the extra money would make the delivery date change from the 18th of January to the 9th at the latest. I realize the company says they will refund the extra costs but that does not excuse the poor service.
The supposedly updated tracking software shows the car still in transit & in South Carolina....
I dropped off the car at a tow company in Lakewood Washington on January 2nd. According to Bernie Torres the car would be delivered within 7 to 9 days. Well...... the car was availiable for and picked up today January 21st.

DAS has researched this move. Mr. Christensen is correct. Expedited transit was pruchased and there is no logical reason why this shipment was late. The additional fees have been refunded and we extend our apologies for the failure.
