Seems like DAS was subcontracted by Nationwide Relocation Services, which was the original "broker" I went with. I was told that the car will be available at my destination on January 11th 2010. This is in writing. I still have the paperwork from the DAS representative that picked up my vehicle in North Carolina to show proof. I called the automated system and customer service on January 12th 2010 and they said that my vehicle was still in Morrow, Georgia. How is this possible when I was supposed to receive the vehicle a day prior? I filed a claim to get my extra few days of rental car fees but DAS would not reimburse because DAS said that they agreed with Nationwide Relocation Services that they are no guarantees on delivery dates. Nobody informed me about that and I did not see that anywhere. The reimbursment fee would only have been $108.12 for using the rental car a few extra days. Why could they not have just given back my $100 deposit and I would have been happy and it would have been a done deal? Well, I'd like to hear other people's feedback with this company as well if at all possible. Thank you.

It is certainly regrettable that your broker miscommunicated the expected delivery date. This order was not booked with a guaranteed transit option and our records indicate that our ETA was 01/15. The vehicle was delivered on 01/17. It may be more appropriate to negatively review the broker rather than DAS.
