My car was supposed to be shipped from Los Angeles to Boston and delivered on July 9th at the latest. The car was picked up in LA on June 26th. It has been sitting in a lot in California and has never even left the state. No one at DAS will tell me when it will be California or when it will be delivered to me. The earliest it will be delivered is going to be July 28th XXX3 weeks later than estimated! Meanwhile, I have no car, no one at DAS will take responsibility for this shipment , and I have paid $1400 for a service that is not being delivered. The company told me they "do not ever use third parties" to ship the cars, but now I have learned that is exactly what is happening.

It is 16 days and counting, and my car is nowhere in sight. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS and report them to BBB if you have!
