Will I ever see my car again from DAS?

I dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee in Port St. Lucie, Florida on 5/19/08, with an expected arrival date in Portland, Oregon on 6/19/08. The car never left Florida until after that date and now currently sits in Morrow, Georgia (just south of Atlanta). I have called DAS personally 3 times and have been on hold for very long periods of time. The first time I called, they said it would arrive in Portland on 6/30, then later they said 7/5, all the while my car sits somewhere in Georgia. I called DAS for the third time this morning, and they can not give me an arrival date. They say they do not know when my car will leave Georgia. I am willing to pay another more reputable company to finish the move for me, but DAS will not refund me the amount of money I think that they should. They moved my car only 17% of the distance from Florida to Oregon and I want 83% of my money back. They charged my credit card $1001.00 on 5/19/08. DAS said this morning that if they leave my car in Georgia they will only refund me $150.00!! And they actually had the nerve to tell me this after I had been on hold for about half an hour. I have already contacted my bank to dispute this charge. Who knows when I will see my vehicle and what shape it will be in. This was a terrible mistake on my part to give my money and my car to this company and I hope you do not make the same mistake.
