I had a horrible experience with them.....There is simply too much to write about my nightmarish experience after giving them my vehicle.....Their ETA is a total fuss...if you are one of the lucky ones, their ETA means estimated time when it MIGHT start at origin....Their 14 days could be 14 weeks before you get your vehicle.....So, plan accordingly....When my new vehicle was given to them, they did an initial inspection which listed out 90 scratches and 50 paint chips....I later realised this was done to avoid any claims even if my vehicle was damaged....Also, read the initial inspection document they give you. it will say that you cannot claim against credit card sized dents if they were done during transfer.....they will also charge you against cancellation fee ($100) even though it was not picked up by them and no matter how long it sits at their terminal.....Also, they will charge you terminal fee if you cancel......
