We paid for an enclosed trailor and believed it was shipped open trailer. I work close to the local drop off point and noticed the car was there. Was told by local drop off company that they were to clean the car up before we were to pick up. THE CAR WAS VERY DIRTY. If really shipped in enclosed trailer then why would it have to be clean up? The seller provided pictures of the car while being loaded and it was very clean. Also, a DAS open carrier was still setting on the drop off lot when I arived and all the other cars on the truck were from California, the same as mine. While I did not see the come off the truck I just can not believe otherwise.
Also, I called customer service a couple of times and was always put on hold, one time over twenty minutes before I hung up. But turned around and had no problem speaking with someone in new sales.
No more DAS for me
