Dishonesty and no service

Initial call sounded great. Price quoted was then raised by $100.00 "because we have no control over what the driver asks for". I still said OK due to time constraints. A pickup date was arranged and never happened and I could never again get in contact with the company and left 10 voice mails.On the first call Chris said he was an ex marine and would assure satisfaction. Stay away from this company. I then contracted another company who did what was agreed upon as to price, pickup and delivery. I am requesting my credit card company to issue a charge back to me from Crossroads.

Richard, When you signed up with our company you specified you wanted the lowest lowest price because you have several weeks to wait for a drive to come anytime as long as the driver gives you a several hour notice upon arrival. After 24-hrs of signing up you requested an IMMEDIATE PICKUP but wasn't willing to pay an additional penny. Unfortunately the business does not work like that. We are very happy your vehicle did end up being picked up and delivered! We are sorry about your service not going well with Crossroads Auto Transport.
