After waiting 10 days for another broker to find a carrier for me, I received a call from Rob asking if my vehicle shipped yet. I told him as a matter of fact I just got off the phone with the original transport broker and no it hasn't shipped and they don't know when it will. Rob explained the facts to me so that I understood exactly what he was going to do. I had to call to call back twice to ask a couple of questions after I cancelled my agreement with the other company. Both times my call was answered right away, no problem with contacting them. I signed the agreement on Tuesday and my car was picked up on Wednesday, the very next day. The driver was great. Very friendly and even drove me back to my residence about a mile away. The vehicle had to be pick up away from my due the size of the car hauler. No way that truck could have navigated the tight roads where I lived. I would certainly recommend Crossroads to my friends. I will use them again if and when the need arises. Straight forward information from Rob and received a voice mail from Patrick that my car was going to be picked up.
