This was our first time having a vehicle shipped. We were very nervous, but were out of options. I started early in the day talking with Kim. She was fairly helpful, seemed to still be learning her way, but was very nice. She answered my questions and helped me out... but then she disappeared. She promised me she would contact me before she left for the day and never did. I never heard from her again. I was thankful I hadn't given her my CC information yet. The redeeming person for the company was Mike. When he contacted me we started from scratch, it was as if I'd never talked to Kim. Which was probably better. Mike was awesome. He answered EVERY question I asked, got a driver that could pick our car up as quickly as possible and made sure to contact us to give us the contact information for the driver. Jim Hart with L & J's Transports, LLC was the driver. He was great, he kept us up to date the entire time. Overall, we were very happy with the service we were provided. Thank you Crossroads, you saved us!
