From the first time I have Crossover Auto Transport until my vehicle was received, their services have been more than excellent. They kept me up to speed. They really made me feel safe and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly or weird it was. We are a military family and it is rare that civilian companies offer such great service as they did. I am definitely recommending Crossover Auto Transport to all military families and facilities that may need their services, which is so important especially since all active military families move about every 3 years.

Now as far as the carrier which delivered my vehicle, he was so patient with me. He would have gotten my vehicle ready for me in my destination in as early as 3 days! That is super fast service. He took great care of my vehicle. He also went out of his way to accomodate my arrival to my destination and did not leave my vehicle. He waited for me to get there which was a couple of days more than just the 3 days he could deliver and that helped me immensely! They were awesome. I do have to add though, I wish he was able to come closer to the base in order for me to get my truck. I had to take a cab and pay 30.00 to get to where he was.
