I was moving last minute from Florida to Michigan b/c I lost my job. I went online and received 100's of quotes. I did research and check reviews on each company, and I received quotes from $650-$1500. When I looked into Crossover Auto Transport they had the BEST REVIEWS AND THE LOWEST PRICE. When I spoke to James I found out he was a broker which made me nervous b/c he would have another company transport my SUV. He made me feel confident and comfortable that he would do his best to transport my vechicle. He answered all my questions and concerns. He told me my vechicle would be picked up in 1-8 days I was a little nervous b/c I was moving in 10 days. My vehicle was picked up in 2 days on a tuesday and I was told it would be delivered on a Monday, but it was received that Friday. Both James and driver worked with me on available times to drop off the SUV b/c i wasn't going to be there and my Mom had a crazy work schedule. Both James from Crossover Auto Transport and the Driver Brandon from Tony Holtz Trucking we very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my SUV and thats why I couldn't drive it back Brandon the driver even told me what was wrong and how to fix it for cheap even though I was trading it in. I had a great expierence and would definately use both these companies again if I ever need a Auto Transport again.
