Broker excellent, actual trucker terribly rude.

My experience with this transport company was on the whole quite pleasant, with the exception of the actual delivery of the car. I transported my vehicle from New York to Florida. The car was picked up a little bit later than the time frame I was given, but not terribly late. When I received it in Florida, the car was considerably dirty, but otherwise in fine condition. The only downside was the driver who delivered it. He was incredibly rude and used reprehensible language, refusing to deliver the car at the actual address because of low trees (which was understandable), and calling my family and I terrible people for not being able to understand his question (which was quite unwarranted given his thick accent and our clearly poor cell phone connection) and inform him that it would be difficult to unload the car at the actual location. But the guy at the transport company base was very understanding and mediated the situation well. My experience with Mr. Randolph (the broker) was very positive. I am definitely planning on working with him again.
