I made arrangements to have my car picked up almost a month ahead of time. I had to call constantly to get paperwork straightened out. As the pick up date approached I was never contacted. As the date passed by I kept calling to find out what was going on (they never called me). Turns out they never picked up my car and, after a few more phone calls on my part, they stopped returning my calls. The last conversation I had with customer service suggested that if I paid more I might have a better chance.

I cancelled my contract and signed up with another carrier (Chips Transport) who was more expensive but a pleasure to deal with. They kept in touch with me, they picked up the car when promised (virtully to the hour), took good care of my car. It's nice dealing with a company that meets it's sommitments to it's customers.

Be cautious about trying to save a few bucks - you may pay for it in the end.
