I questioned the representative the 3 star rating out of 5. His comments were its a very large company and its inevitable they would get some negative comments. I agreed to the $675.00 amount and gave a deposit by Visa. My pick up date was Nov 20 21. The trucker called me five days earlier to pickup the car I explained I was not ready to give it up for transport until the actual agreed dates. I never received any documents. I spoke to Matt (the rep) he said he forgot or he had the wrong coordinates. I had no confidence with Cross Country and I engaged another more reliable company which by the way picked upped delivered the auto on the agreed dates. Cross Country would not return my $125.00. deposit. I have left messages with the manager they do not return my calls.
