misquote leads to no pick up

I got quoted an amount with Cross Country that apparently was too low because I can't get anyone to pick this vehicle up. They told me they had their own trucks and it would be no problem to get compared to a broker. Well it turned out the only license they have is a broker. I was told it would be picked up by Monday or Tuesday the 23rd or 24th and here it is Friday and I'm just going to cancel. I called several times and the last time was transferred to the customer service and got no answer and a message. I then attempted to call back the associate I had reached two times before that(one of which I was placed on hold for 20+ minutes and then cut off) and no answer there anymore either. It seems that they could not deliver so now they wish to avoid my questions altogether. I would not ever recommend this type of service to anyone about any product or service. How can this type of customer service construe good business practice. Avoid at all costs!!!
