I needed my car transported from Ohio to Minnesota for my daughter who is going to college. I signed up with another company, and I emphasized that this is time-sensitive because it needed to get there before the semester started on January 11, 2010. I booked with this other company on 12/21/09 and was told that everything is still okay and the car will make it there as they promised by 1/05/10. I was losing hope and was trying to figure out if I can take time off work to just drive it up myself. On 1/08/10, Mr. Henderson from Cross Country called and asked if I still needed my car transported. He told me that it will be picked up either Monday(11th) or Tuesday(12th) and will be there a day to 2 days later. On Monday, I got a call for pick up from Mr. Kirschner at 2pm, he picked up the car at 5 pm, told me it would get there on Wednesday, and even asked me what time my daughter would prefer the car to be delivered. He delivered the car right on time, with no problems whatsoever.
My experience with this company has been great, and I would use them again should the need arise. I could have saved myself all the anxiety if I had known to pick this company right off the bat. Altogether, this company has been excellent!
