Do not use these people. They have a terrible rating with the Better Business Bureau. They assigned my car to one transporter, then cancelled and sent it to another--M & E Auto transport--one of the worst in the country. They imply that they operate their own fleet, but they are brokers. They have a guarantee to refund the brokerage fee if they are more than 7 days late picking up your car, but they were more than 2 weeks late picking mine up, and it was delivered a month late. Then they told me that they will refund the brokerage fee if they are 7 days late only on the pickup only if I cancel the order entirely, and they don't transport the car. This is not stated on their web site. Customer beware!
