My company booked the shipping through Cross Country Auto Transport early August., and scheduled my car to be picked up on 8/13~8/18. I was reloacted to CA on 8/19, and I had no choice but left my car in our warehouse. I called so many times. they always said they can't find a truck for me, and there was nothing they can't do about it. At one point, they even encouraged me to switch a different broker.

2 weeks passed scheduled pickup date, I contacted another broker. The new broker did a search on the network, and found Cross Country Auto Transport didn't even put my car on the system. No wonder no truck will pick up my car.

$200 deposite might be the easiest money Cross Country Auto Transport ever want to make. what a scam!
