Contracted with Cross Country for vehicle pickup between specific dates Jan 13 - 15, and delivery by a specific date Jan 25 - 27th. Signed contract and sent deposit. From that point on, it was a disaster. Company never showed up. When I contacted the Company by phone and email, got no response. When the car was scheduled to arrive in CA, I finally found out who the transport company was. When I contacted them, they had no info on any pickup. The following day, I got a call from M&E Transport, who now was assigned the transport. He told me to come to Worcester,Ma and drop car off, some 2 weeks after the original pickup date. I refused to ship the car at this time as they had not made the specific dates.
I contacted Specialty Mobile Systems and they solved my problems. Kept me informed of when the vehicle would be picked up, Transport company driver was extremely professional and delivered the vehicle within the dates stated. A 1st class operation throughout!!
