I needed the vehicle here asap and told Nicole that right up front. I had already wasted ten days with a previous company. I signed my contract with Cross Country on July 5th. Nicole assured me that my truck would be picked up on July 10/11. Those dates rolled by with no communication. When I finally got a return call, she told me that the drivers truck had broken down, but it would be on a truck for sure the next week sometime. When the next week came and went, she assured me that it would be picked up Monday or Tuesday the 24/25th. I called her first thing Monday and she "hadn't heard from the driver, but would call me back" Never called back, Tuesday, same story. I finally asked her if she could or cound not get this vehicle on a transport....she remained silent. I thought she hung up, but she just couldn't answer me! I contacted another company, called Nicole back and requested my $200.00 deposit back. "No problem, it'll be refunded today" . Well, it wasn't, and why did I think she would suddenly start telling the truth!? And why, if she had a transport for me, would she just let me cancel? The transport company I have now hired I had talked to last week when I was looking for insite to this problem. She had looked me up on the posting board and saw that I was still listed. She thought this odd since I had a scheduled date, but "Maybe she forgot". Yesterday when I hired the transport company, the date my truck was supposed to be picked up, it was still posted. I'm thinking she never had a transport for me! Why would you want to lie to someone for three weeks and frustrate them beyond the breaking point and ruin my summer road trip with my kids! When I was talking to my new transport company last week, she asked the vehicle type and told me that a larger vehicle like that would need more money for the driver because it takes more room, weighs more, etc. This made total sense to me. When I mentioned it to Nicole, she said, "Oh, you want it expedited?". Why she didn't get my urgency when I called her most everyday and frequently stated that I REALLY NEEDED THE VEHICLE HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Nicole, you ruined three weeks of my summer with your inept customer service. Learn your business or stop doing it!

I would like to start off by apologizing to Korina for this inconvenience. That was not our intent. We made every effort to have her vehicle picked up. All of our pick up dates, delivery dates, and time in transit are sticky estimated. When Korina called in to cancel Nicole felt terrible that she was still waiting and when she heard that Korina found another company to pick up the following day she thought it was in her best interest to go that route. We did have another hauler for her for the following week but we just didn't want to have her wait any longer. It is impossible to know an exact day that a driver will be at a certain location to pick up a vehicle. We go by what the drivers tells us. We do our very best to keep the customer up to date and informed. We are an extremely reputable company and take pride in our work. We do apologize for this inconvenience this may have caused her. Thank you for your time.
