The car was to be picked up on a Thurs or Fri and they NEVER called. Then I called twice & they lied and said it had been picked up, twice, when it was sitting in my driverway. Then they couldn't reach the driver. Then the driver cancelled leaving us with no known pick-up date! will file complaints with BBB and sue for loss of $200 deposit if credit card not refunded. Don't they realize that people are counting on them during the most stressful time and that they wind up incurring extra expenses b/c they need to pay for car rentals as a result. This company should be ashamed of itself. Buyer beware--do NOT use them!!!!!!!!

In regards to this complaint. All of our pick up times, delivery times, and time in transit are sticky estimated. We do our very best to keep the customer up to date and informed. In this specific situation we did have a hauler cancel on us at the last minute. We did our very best to find another driver in such short notice. We are hired as the broker to hire outside independent drivers to pick up our customers cars. We apologize for this inconvenience that this customer has experienced. We have refunded the account already. We are not scam artists we are an extremely reputable company and if we do not provide a service we do not keep the money...
