I had a pickup that I wanted shipped from FL to IL and was given a list of auto transporters nearby. I called Creative Rides and spoke with a gentleman named Laki. After i spoke with him, i didn't feel the need to call anywhere else. He was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail how the service worked. He was very polite and I felt he was trustworthy and reliable. He called me whenever any info changed or if he had questions for me, etc. I didn't want my vehicle shipped on the weekend and he made sure it wasn't. Overall, I felt quite confident dealing with this business but also felt that Laki was an asset to this company as well. Customer service is so important and I think he understands this. So thank you, Laki and thank you to CR for shipping my truck as requested:-). I would do business with these guys again.
