After two scheduled pickups from Angels Moving Autos and Holsbecks Hotshots resulted in my car never being picked up and still sitting in Ohio after 27 days, I was very pleased to be called by Creative Rides. Joseph called to say he would have a truck in the area on the weekend and if I still needed the car hauled they could have it in South Dakota by Tuesday. I agreed and scheduled the pickup, paying a $150 deposit with my credit card. THe car was picked up on Sunday morning and delivered on Wednesday. The driver from Ulmer Trucking called me several times and arranged the delivery at a time convenient to me. He originally was going to deliver it on Wednesday at 2:00 pm but when I said I would have to take time off work, he changed the delivery time to 4:00 pm so I would not have to miss any work. The car was there at EXACTLY 4:00 pm. The only damage was a side visor was broken, but it should have been removed before being shipped and the lady forgot, so it was really not the truckers fault. I was very very pleased with Creative Rides and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a broker but they provide an excellent service at a very fair price.
