I was a newby at this service so there seemed to be more pitfalls than positives. Cosmos Auto was the least expensive, prompt in answering all of my emails, very courteous, and almost a week earlier than everybody elses pick up times. I would definitely use them again. I was able to talk to the driver several times to check and see where he was. The car arrived all covered up so it did not need any detailing. The driver dropped it off and it was ready for the trip home.
