The car was picked up right on time and delivered on time. It was critical for our car to picked up on that day because we were taking the train. So that worked like a charm. They stayed in touch with us so we didn't have to even track or follow up. Small issue was that we paid for premium service which included the car being washed and it wasn't but the over all service was fantastic.
