I was going to use them due to a relocation. They were rude, refused to take my car. I had a new car being picked up at the dealer, the dealer wrapped it. The owner Kendra told the driver to leave my car. I was able to get an enclosed carrier for less money with a driver who was respectful and nice. Later I was told that they mistook me for a COD customer, not a corporate relo or I would have been treated different. I wouldn't trust a junk yard car with these people.
