I was able to drop off my son's car at the Kuna address. Jamie was my contaact person, and was so nice. I called her several times during the transport, and each time she was very courteous. Since my son is in the military, the coordination of drop off spots varied with the drivers arrival in the area. Weather played a part in the communication and arrival on the East Coast, however the car arrived in good shape, and only a day later than expected. This is the second time we have used Coast to Coast to ship a car, and have been extremely pleased both times.
