Having never shipped a vehicle before, I was understandably nervous. Being able to have contact with one person (Bob MacLeod) was exactly what I needed. Bob would answer my emails with a few hours, always answering the question. He was also available by phone whenever I needed to contact him.

My car was picked up one day early, and the dispatcher called me when it arrived in Walpole, MA.

All in all, it was a positive experience, and I have no problem whatsoever recommending this company for your auto transport needs.
