Terrible Customer Service

Chip's Transport provided me with a terrible customer experience. My car was supposed to be delivered to my residence and instead I was asked to meet the truck after 9 pm on a Saturday night at a empty parking lot since they had not performed the necessary logistics to determine how to deliver my car to my residence as initially agreed. Instead of taking the responsibility and apologizing for this mistake and inconvenience the logistics man was incredibly rude and began yelling at me how this was my problem to fix. He proceeded to hang up on me and then I never heard back from Chip's Transport regarding an apology or an attempt to rectify the problem. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and degrading. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Chip's Transport did everything in our power to make this delivery go smooth. We do not guarantee a large carrier can make delivery to your door. This is also communicated to all customers during the booking process and is stated on our contract. In our efforts to meet this customers demands we even got to the delivery street only to take a picture of a sign stating NO TRUCKS to provide to the customer. I believe Chip's Transport did everything in our power to try and make delivery to the customers home even though we do not guarantee this.
