Dear Kevin,
I had to let you know that I had an exceptionally painless experience with your company. I found your company from a personal referral from a friend who had shipped her car from Boston to California. She had a positive experience and knowing an actual person who had a recommendation was priceless.

I had previously shipped my sister's car from CT-CO using a different company and it was not a great experience (400 more than my cost, 3 days of waiting for a driver who did not pick up phone calls after he did not show on the tow days he had promised and a dented bumper).

In contrast, I felt assured when speaking with you and the other agents of your company. It felt good to be using a family company!

Additionally, I have not received one unsolicited email or phone call from Chips Auto Transport trying to sell me on their quote! I am still receiving daily emails from other companies and received too many phone calls/ sale pitches on my home line to manage.

My experience with the actual auto transport was great as well:

The trucker driver was able to pick up my car on the day I wanted at my door step and was friendly. He was on time and early on delivery. He was highly communicative and patient with me ( moving cross country is such a process) and I felt assured knowing my car was with them.

All and all I had a great experience and would recommend Chips Auto Transport to others!
