Dear Kevin Jr. and Sr.: You usually only hear back for complaints. I want to tell you my complete satisfaction. The car arrived a day earlier than you projected. (The last time we shipped a car, with someone else, it arrive 12 days later than projected.) You picked up as scheduled. You called in advance to schedule delivery, just as requested. You arrived to deliver right on time. Your service was super, and we appreciate it. Frankly, your service and responsiveness was well worth the $95 more than a competitor was quoting. I won't forget Chip's. Because of my son-in-law's work they tend to move every 2 or 3 years. You can be assured that I will be reminding them to use you guys the next time they move a car.
