Dealing with Norman and his cohort Tammy was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in transporting vehicles. They have no intention of actually delivering your vehicle, they just intend on getting the $100 deposit from you, then baiting you along with promises of an impending pickup date. Then, when you try to call or email them, you receive no responses to your phone messages or emails until you threaten to cancel the contract. Then, mysteriously, you will get an email from this "Norman" clown within 3 or 4 minutes. This a$$hole will have the audacity to proudly state that there are no refunds after 72 hours of a deposit being made. Of course, you will never get a ship date before that 72 hour window, thus ensuring you will have to play hardball to get your deposit back. I filed a dispute with my credit issuer and am in the process of initiating a complaint with the Texas Better Business Bureau. I am additionaly filing a Federal Interstate Commerce fraud against Caviness.
