Before deposit Tammy was extremely nice and cooperative. At that time no problem getting her on the phone. After deposit made it became impossible to get her on the phone even on the rare occasion anyone even answered. Absolutely NO messages returned. $100.00 deposit cleared on 12-19-08 and we have not been able to speak to Tammy since, today is 1-22-09! By the way this was done to my teenage daughter who was trying to get back home! Apparently they use the same excuse for everybody, they can't find a driver. When I first spoke to them they talked about how long they had been in the business and how many connections they had and that they would be glad to take care of my daughter. Well...now please take care of her and return her $100.00.
