I was guaranteed that my truck would be picked up on time or my money would be refunded. After waiting 2 weeks from the pick-up date I used another company. I am still waiting for my money back. I have heard every excuse in the books. Dr's appointments, sick kids, sick owners, but still no refund. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my refund. Caviness prices low so they get your money, but no one will pick up your vehicle. It is a good scam, save your money, use another transport company.
