It has been THREE MONTHS since Caviness agreed to ship my truck from Florida to Texas. As a consumer you MUST understand how this company does business. Caviness will provide you with a shipping quote. If you agree to the price then they immediately take $100. This is only refundable up to 72 hours after the agreement is made. In my case, Caviness low-balled the quote and now can't find a hauler to do the job. THREE MONTHS is just ridiculous and they still refuse to give back my $100. Anyone wondering what the $100 will get you? Caviness will post the vehicle on a hauler web board--BIG DEAL. Maybe, I should get into the shipping business. At least I have integrity and can admit when I have made a mistake.

VERN , PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ALSO HOW MANY TRUCKS THAT WE DID GET HAULED FOR YOU !! That you kept useing us time and time again. And it has not been there months by my paper work. And we did not make a mistake the fuel companys did. You should deal with what we have to everyday with the way thing are in transportion. And we know that we have ran into a problem with this truck. But we are facing a lot of problems out there with the shortage of carriers that have parked there trucks do to the high price's of fuel. And this is hurting everyone. You think you would think about the times we did do a good job for you. We have always been here for you when you need a truck shipped. And you say this about us this one time that it is taking longer than in the past. And we are still working on this one.Thanks Vern !
