I am new to shipping and did not know that you should never put a deposit down. This company not only took a deposit but when they could not get a truck to transport my car they were COMPLETELY rude and unwilling to refund even a penny. I was told it would only take 1-7 days to get my car on a truck. After 15 days I was fed up and asked for a refund. They said NO. I asked when they could get my car to me and they said they could not give me a date. Not in a week, not in a month not even within six months. So my options were to leave my car in Utah while I was carless in Ohio or give up my money. I lost the deposit and all respect for this company. They never answered their phone and after getting my deposit would rarely answer my emails. NO MORALS OR ETHICS. Whatever happend to the customer is always right.
