We used Cavalier twice. The first time was to transport our SUV to Florida for the Winter. There were enough transports on that route that we were easily able to arrange it in a timely fashion paying only the standby rate. After 4 months, it happened that there were few transports from Florida to Oregon. We left it at the standby rate for several weeks, but experienced few drivers interested, none that would transport for that rate. Cavalier found a driver that would transport for $400 more, still only $1500 for the 3250 mile trip. The vehicle arrived on the afternoon predicted, was delivered 0.25 miles from our home which is on a narrow, winding country road without any issue. We will use them again. Personal attention was good, with the staff informing us of goings on each step of the way.
