Terrible service

I tried to use this company - they promised to ship it on June 23 for 1350. After nearly a month of waiting and empty promises I decided to canceled my order.


I spoke with another company who called a carrier. They said, "yes, I know your car. We tried to contact Cavalier Auto Transport 10 times but they never picked up the phone. I've been trying to book that car for weeks."


Terrible service, terrible judgment, terribly rude and unprofessional.


If anyone thinks about using this company they need their head examined.

Bobby we are sorry that we could not get your vehicle moved. Your car is on a route that has 450 other cars waiting as well. Unfortunately you were lied to by Crib to Crib transport who told you a carrier told her that they tried to call us 10 times. We are here from 9-6 M-S and answer or return all calls. What would be the benefit of not dispatching your car? The truth is that there were just not carriers that called. We had you posted from DC, MD, and VA trying to find any and all available carriers. No carrier would call another broker and state that they cant reach a random broker for a car that they have posted, it just does not make sense. You were lied to and now Crib to Crib has you posted on the same board at the same price and no carrier. So if she did talk to a carrier how come she could not get you on his truck? On top of that, we don't get paid till your car is dispatched so again what would be the benefit of not dispatching your car. You got bamboozled by a company with bad ethics.
