Shipment gone bad, but service was GREAT

During this shipment, I got an unexpected surprise, a damaged vehicle, severely damaged! With proper documentation and time I got the vehicle I shipped fixed!! Preet was very helpful and worked with me throughout this whole ordeal that lasted approximately 45days, for the resolution, not due to cavalier auto- -this wait goes to the insurance companies! I will definitely use cavalier transport again and this incident won't deter me. Preet always answered my calls or returned my calls with a reasonable amount of time. And since they have few claims, he was very interested on the outcome of what was happening. The overall experience of this I would give cavalier an A+! I would give the insurance companies a bad rating because of the inconvenience of filing a claim and them the waiting game!

Daniel, this was a crazy one. I have been doing this for sometime and have never been in a situation like this one. I am glad we were able to help you thru the process. Some times things can happen and we are always going to be there for our customers.
