I was very very apprehensive when it came time to ship my car. The last experience I had with another company was not pleasant. After alot of research, I came upon 3 companies to choose from. After calling each company to speak with someone directly, I quickly felt as ease with Cascade.

Kimberly from Cascade Vehicle Shipping was pleasant to work with. She was easily accessible and prompt to return phone calls/follow up. My 2010 Lexus IS250 was picked up as promised on June 4th from Tampa, FL, and was quickly delivered to Los Angeles by June 10. The only issues I had (however, resolved) were 1) The carrier called to tell me the ETA was supposed to be June 9, but the truck had mechanical problems so delivery would be the next day. No big deal, you can't prevent break downs from happening. 2) There were no damages to my car, however, my license plate holder was missing. That was resolved through reimbursement from the carrier.

Overall, I would recommend this company and I will definitely use Cascade in my future moves.
