The original contract with Cascade Vehicle Shipping to ship my car for $855 from Kansas to Montana within ten days was not met because of mechanical problems with the truck making the delivery. Cascade then called and increased the price to deliver to $1175 for the same delivery but was able to set up a pickup time in a short period of time and picked up and delivered the car on time as scheduled. Cascade agreed to give me back a $30 rebate for writing a review of how the shipping process went. The gentleman picking up the car was very good about checking the car over for damage, chips, and cracks. This same gentleman also took a lot of time letting us know how the transprort would happen and asked if we had any other questions. I appreciated the time this gentleman took to explain the process and make us feel more comfortable about the car transport process. I would use this transport again but will determine that after we see if they follow up with the rebate they have promised.

malia@cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898 - Don, sorry the first carrier assigned for pick up experienced mechanical problems, it's upsetting to everyone involved. Thank you for adding the additional money for the newly assigned carrier for same day pick up and I am happy to hear you were very satisfied with the driver who transported your vehicle. Your rebate should be in the mail within about 6 to 8 weeks. Malia
