I shipped two cars using Cascade this month from Chapel Hill, NC to Sacramento, CA.

Before I made a decision to use which autoshipping company, I did extensive search on-line and compared with their rating. However most of them have a score 9/10. It is really hard to find the real good one, because their on-line rating almost like engineered. I decided to call to make sure. Cascade made a great impression on me. They picked up the phone quickly and answered my questions in a nice and professional way, instead of puting me on hold forever, change me to a voice mail box then never hear from them. I can not imagine anyone who is not picking up the phone before the order, will answer to you when you have problem for shipping. So I picked Cascade.

There is a change of personnel change at Cascade during my first shippment, so my BMW was eventally sent with slightly higher price, because of tight time window. However I decided to stay with Cascade to see.

Kim is really a wonderful person to work with. She reply to my questions by phone or e-mail really promptyly. She was able to ship my Volvo at quoted price and desired time on the first try. However my husband and kids missed their flight, so we have to change the shipping date again, she immediately discussed with the truck company and canceled for us, and find another day with quoted price again. I am really impressed by her efficiency and professionalism.

If I have to ship my vehicle again, I will use Cascade and especially ask for Kim to be my agent.
