Brenda at Cascade Vehicle Shipping was the agent with whom I worked. She was always extremely polite and pleasant. On my initial contact, I was given a quote of cost to ship from door to door. A timeline of seven to ten days was given for pickup.

However, on our first transport available, the cost of transport had increased. So, I declined. On the second try, the receiver was not available to accept the car on that date. On the third try, I was out of town and unable to have the car there to ship. However, on the fourth try, approximately five weeks after beginning, the car was successfully picked up and shipped, with no damage.

I would use this service again in the future if time was not critical. Shipping fees seem to be reasonable.
