When I first called Cascade, I spoke with someone who didn't seem to be paying much attention to what I was saying (she is no longer with the company). I waited a few weeks and after reading previous reviews I called again and specifically asked for Brenda. From then on I felt comfortable with her service, knowledge of the routing and the reputation of the company. The price was the best that I received from a 5 star company. Brenda seemed to anticipate the questions and problems that could be potentially upsetting to me. She immediately sent me a copy of the terms and conditions and satisfactorily answered my questions. She gave me a 4 day window for pickup and the car carrier called me and arrived the first day. When the day for deivery approached I contacted Brenda and she contacted the driver to determine whether delivery was on schedule. It was. The car was delivered on the day promised and in good condition. Nothing at all happened to it. I have shipped a car before but with another company. I would definitely use Cascade again and recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank you for making a potentially stressful event a smooth experience.
