This was the first time I have transported a car across country. I had been warned by many people that this would be a horrible experience and would be very costly. My actual experience was excellent. Michelle at Cascade explained the process for shipping the car very clearly and the price was fair. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The process did not create any inconvenience for us as we were told appropriate times for pick up and delivery. If I ever need to ship a car anywhere again I would not hesitate to contact Cascade.
